Built by Whisstocks in late 1970's, the Naja 30 is a boat that does well in both cruising and racing. She is a fin keel, and comes on a trailer which she currently is kept on. Unfortunealy this boat has not had a chance to be sailed for the past couple years, and as a result requires attention to the decking, skin fittings as well as other factors. Work that is required to can be viewed in the survey below. Although in need of work, she does come with a well maintained engine from 2020, which has been correctly winterised, as well as a set of sails (main and Jib) from 2020/2021.
As per current owner, the good news are;
New set of sails from Advantage Sails, (Main & Genoa) 2022, and  only sailed twice. Main is fully battened and complete with Stack Pack and lazy jacks. Genoa is furling via a Sailspar Furler (new 2022) Main standing rigging replaced 2021/ 22
New Nanni 3 Cylinder diesel fitted by Morgans 2021/22
Keel and bolts surveyed and all good
Hull surveyed all ok apart from one area on std side which need re-epoxy and painting 
The not so good News;
As the yacht has been sitting for some time now, all of the upper varnish work and blue topsides need to be rubbed down and reapplied. 
Interior cushions are on board but do need replacing. Some of the headlining in the fwd cabin affixed to boards has dropped 
Other recommended refit work;
Cooker and gas piping replace
Running rigging replace
Engine and domestic battery replacement
Clean out fuel tank
